Visiting friends in Burns, Oregon (from Eugene)

I am an artist and primitive skills teacher. I have a good friend in the town of Burns, who has taught me many things over the years. I recently had a bag with most of my expensive goods stolen from the Eugene area, which completely tanked my Pacific Crest trail hike. I am seeking to work and stay with my friend in burns, to get back on my feet. If you are going that way, please let me know. Thanks
