This is a remote contract position compensated based on the number of visits seen, with the potential to earn up to $130,000 annually. Responsibilities Evaluate our patients' needs and deliver expert counseling services to support their well-being. Work together with patients to create personalized treatment plans Be ready to provide crisis management support when necessary Keep thorough and current records of each patient's progress Team up and communicate with our fellow healthcare professionals to enhance patient care Requirements Must hold a current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LCSW, LMCH, LMFT) in WA; having a license in ID, TX, CA, UT or NM is an added advantage. Must reside in Washington State A Master's degree in a mental health-related field Experience and knowledge across a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for establishing rapport with patients and colleagues Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle a busy caseload An updated computer that is outfitted with a webcam, audio functionality, and a dependable Internet connection.

As a remote employee, the successful candidate will work in a flexible, dynamic and supportive environment, using cutting-edge genetic and diagnostic testing to create personalized treatment plans for every patient seeking care. NorthStar Care's unique telehealth platform offers privacy and convenience, along with peer support sessions performed using virtual reality. As a member of the NorthStar team, you will play an important role in helping patients take the first steps towards recovery, while utilizing advanced technology and evidence-based approaches. The Opportunity: Total Life is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington to provide virtual individual and group therapy. Therapists must have proven experience working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transition, and medication/pain management. This is an exciting opportunity for therapists who want to be part of a thriving group practice with the opportunity for growth and extra income. This is a remote position. Your Role: Provide virtual individual and or group therapy Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes Requirements Our Requirements: Must have a valid Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family (LMFT), Professional Counselor (LPC) or Mental Health Counselor License in the state of Washington. At least two years of clinical experience, post-licensure conducting psychotherapy utilizing CBT, DBT and other solution-focused approaches Must possess and provide proof of professional liability insurance/malpractice insurance or will need to purchase a policy prior to hiring. Maintain current liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 claim limit/$3,000,000 aggregate Must have an active NPI Must be available to start with a minimum of 10 hours per week Must be comfortable utilizing technology and providing teletherapy Existing credentialing with Medicare is a plus CAQH credentialing already set up is a plus Must be able to pass a criminal background check Benefits Compensation: $55-$70 per session based on experience and credentials.
