We are seeking skilled and motivated plumbers who can not only handle the technical aspects of the job but also bring a sales-oriented approach to enhance our customer experience. Responsibilities: Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance with precision and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Utilize sales skills to identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling plumbing services. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing solutions. Generate accurate estimates and quotes for plumbing projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements Proven experience as a plumber with a minimum of 3 years in the field. Strong technical skills in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Detail-oriented with the ability to provide accurate estimates. Valid plumbing license and driver's license. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
