The primary responsibilities of this position include the essential tasks of maintaining and upgrading plumbing equipment, piping systems, and related components to ensure their optimal functionality and safety. This role involves not only the execution of corrective maintenance to promptly address and resolve plumbing issues but also the implementation of preventative maintenance strategies aimed at reducing the likelihood of future problems and extending the lifespan of our plumbing infrastructure. Our ideal candidate for the Plumber I position will possess the necessary qualifications and certifications, being licensed in specialized areas such as pipefitting, steam fitting, or sprinkler systems. Salary $48.28/ hr. plus employer paid health benefits and pension!
