1963 Oasis Bunkhouse Vintage Camper - $6,000

address1031 Crestwood St, Wenatchee, WA 98801, USA

Description

Sweet "Alice Mae," a 1963 Oasis "Bunkhouse" with 2 bunk beds. She's a very special camper. VIDEO WALK THRU (paste in your browser): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1gquBGPvUzg MORE PHOTOS (paste in your browser): https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?vanity=benshuts&set=a.10223769549057864 Manufactured in Bellflower, California by Donhal Inc. Brought from Idaho to Washington and in my possession since Aug 25, 2024. Clean WA state title in-hand, in my name, registered with a vintage 1963 WA license plate. Ready to hand over the keys. Original "Oasis" decal from the factory. Lots of character: "Welcome to the Lake" ... "God Bless Cowgirls" (stickers and decals) "Sisters on the Fly" ... "You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one..." Unique profile with back "fin" and front "bump-out/cabover" (not a fifth wheel). Mostly stored under cover. Vintage "Jalousie" slat windows crank open and closed, all in working order. One bunk is over the "Full" sized bed in the back, and one is over the dinette in the front "cabover." Reupholstered dinette benches. Expandable dinette table has a leaf insert; I've never seen that in a camper before... "Full" size bed in the back has 1.5-inch memory foam topper and can convert into a bench/couch. All original woodwork and cabinets. Scalloped edges, rounded corners. Some old water damage as you would expect in a camper this age: see photos. Dometic fridge (made in Sweden) RM2310: electric/gas - needs repair or only use as an icebox. Working oven/stove. Working stove-vent fan. Two propane tanks with cover. Working Humphrey gas light. Lots of lights: some run off the battery, while some run off the shore-power (extension cord). Both included: electrical cord adapter, outdoor extension cord. The Oasis is currently plugged into a GFCI Shock Buster which is included for safety. Fire extinguisher included for safety. Electrical outlets for charging and more lights, sound system, etc. Blackout curtains. Front rock guards. Coca-Cola bottle opener. New counter tops. Original wooden screen-door. Exterior shore-power outlet works. 2 roof-vents. Both open, no water damage around the roof-vents! Haul-Master Leveling Scissor Jacks, these really stabilize the camper, you could also get stabilizers for the front. Hitch-jack foot and wheel. Hitch lock, trailer lock wheel clamp. Spare tire. Bike rack. The tires are extra-large, good tread, you could replace them for a long trip, but they are in good shape. Chevy hubcaps. Front-door step included. Track for an awning above the door. Weighs around 2700 lbs. Bathroom removed by previous owners. I have had many vintage campers, references available upon request. Don't hesitate to ask questions, call/text four15-44four-6580
