$900 / 2br - SPRING 2026 SUBLETTER NEEDED (University of Vermont)

My daughter and her roommate are looking for 2 subletters -- 900$/MONTH, on college street, 5 mins from church street and 8 mins from campus! Heat + water included, other utilities (wifi, electric) are typically 20-30$ per person per month. Willing to negotiate rent! Apartment has large private balcony with view of Lake Champlain, 2 bathrooms, laundry, parking spot and lots of street parking as well. Very timely landlord + repairs and great neighbors. Other roommates are 3 female students. One of the rooms is currently available for 2025-2026 also
