She is fully furnished, including 3 TV's and Highspeed WiFi and completely stocked for all your needs. 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bedroom has a queen size bed, bathroom has the original claw foot bathtub with shower in bathroom and a hot and cold outdoor private shower room. She is in old town so you can walk or ride the (4 ) bikes included and can ride or walk to all major attractions and restaurants. Private, quiet and with a tropical fenced in backyard. Their is a Hammock for relaxing and patio furniture to enjoy a comfy area to read under the Gazebo and a back deck with dining room table, umbrella and 6 chairs along with a Weber gas grill. Laundry room with energy efficient products and 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers and sand toys for kids. Their is parking for 1 car. We only accept 4 person max. 25 years and up. No pets or smoking inside. Cleaning fee is minimum of $300 , or more depending on how you leave the property. Please contact owner for more details.
