Join a brand new wellness clinic started by a well-established Five-Element acupuncturist in the heart of NW Portland. The space is stunning: two-story windows, hardwood floors throughout, and patient parking! There are three gorgeous treatment rooms flooded with light. The whole space has been meticulously updated/remodeled, but retains a feeling of vintage, as it’s in an historic Portland landmark building. It is a peaceful, professional, bright, clean and open space, and is a sanctuary for healing work and community, where collaboration and referring are possible. You will have website presence (if desired), a fully furnished lobby/waiting area with water and tea, a kitchenette, a furnished office with printer/scanner and massive cabinets for your things, 2 bathrooms, a storage closet for bikes or treatment tables, and more. *Please note- there’s a flight of stairs to enter the space. The treatment rooms are fully furnished with massage tables (one room has a high/low table), table heaters, bolsters, pillows, area rugs, intake chairs/small table, credenzas for your treatment tools, rolling stools, sonos speakers, and air purifiers. You can adjust as needed for your particular modality/practice. We'd like to fill this collective with other acupuncturists, massage therapists, naturopaths, therapists, chiropractors, cranio-sacral or reiki practitioners, holistic skincare, or other wellness/holistic-minded practitioners. Rent is a “one and done” fee that includes everything mentioned above plus patient parking, wifi, all utilities (gas, electric, water, heat + A/C, garbage), cleaning, website presence, printer/scanner, 24/7 access with door code, potential networking and referrals, and more. Room 1: 156 sq ft. $295 per month for 1 day/week that whole month; 1 year lease preferred. Currently available all days except Wednesday. Room 2: 176 sq ft. *high/low table $295/day/month; 1 year lease preferred. Currently available Monday, Friday and weekends.
