We are looking for a subletter(s) to take over the lease for our house: exact move-in date flexible (between December 15 and January 15), and the lease ends 6/30/2026 with option to renew. House is a 4bed/3bath on two floors: 2 rooms upstairs and 2 rooms downstairs. We find it is great for two people and use the top floor for office space, but the previous tenants were four roommates. We have a large backyard, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a clawfoot tub in one bathroom, and just a whole lot of space. There is a driveway with room for one car, plenty of street parking. 20 minute walk to MU, downtown, Stephens Lake. The rent is $1600/month plus utilities.
