Well-suited to visiting scholars, people in transition, traveling workers, or anyone seeking a comfortable shorter-term stay in Berkeley. Rent includes all utilities, weekly cleaning, fast internet, and household supplies. Casual atmosphere, two congenial permanent residents ages 39 and 76, sometimes one other guest, large landscaped garden. Minimum booking varies depending upon dates, maximum negotiable, but not seeking a long-term guest. Please drop a note if you're interested and tell us about yourself! Rent price depends upon length of stay and number of guests, preference given to August 1 booking.
