Big windows. Freshly cleaned linens & towel, double bed, day bed, large desk, chair, lamps & closet. Spacious with plenty of floor room. A room is in a simply furnished hillside home… HOUSEHOLD: 3 clean, considerate, quiet, relaxed adults live here. We work a lot & tend to do our own things. We share a fully equipped kitchen + 2 bathrooms + covered front porch with 3 rocking chairs. The home is minimalist, tidy & tended well without having to meet about it. RATE: $1280 for a large, furnished room + full use of the house, kitchen, living & dining room + as a house, each person chips in $160 for wifi, all utilities, house supplies & a recent house upgrade.
