Box Acupuncture is looking to add a complementary provider who works well with Acupuncture, Chiropractic, and Massage Therapy. We are a sports medicine/pain-focused clinic and would love to cross-refer to an amazing established healthcare provider who subleases the beautiful space. The ideal healthcare provider or sublessee is an established practice/business owner. Some professions that would be a fantastic fit would be physical therapists, medical doctors, sports massage therapists, or craniosacral therapists. Anything in the medical field would complement Acupuncture, Chiropractic, and Massage Therapy. If you take health insurance and workers' compensation, business growth and cross-referrals are possible. This fully furnished treatment room is available: The spacious treatment room has a personal training set-up and an electronic massage table that raises and lowers. Clean sheets, hand towels, and pillows/pillow-cases are available with the lease. Materials such as rubbing alcohol, massage cream, acupuncture needles, and cupping therapy can be discussed at an additional cost if it is another acupuncture provider. Otherwise, since it would be your dedicated space, you can bring and store what is needed for your business. Our massage therapist will use the more prominent space on Thursdays and Fridays from 11AM to 6 PM, but otherwise the space is available 24/7 on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. The sublease for this room is $300/day or $1200/month for the full 5 days with utilities included—minimum 6-month sublease required. The utilities included are electricity, A/C and heat, and Wi-Fi.
