Ideally looking to sublet through January 31, with possibility to extend. Located near Lazy Acres between Hillcrest and Mission Hills, my apartment is conveniently located to Downtown, the Beaches, North Park, and Balboa Park. It is a short drive from I-5, I-8, I-805, and the 163. There are three bus lines around the corner with direct access to Old Town, Downtown, and SDSU. Coin-op laundry is on-site. Gas heating, stove, and water heater is in-unit. Portable dishwasher is available in kitchen. Great neighbors, including a husky! Neighbors are health-conscious working professionals. My neighborhood is peaceful and the property is quiet. Will consider individuals. Sorry, no pets. Bicycle is not included as part of the sublet offering. It is reasonably easy to find a spot in front of the property until the late evening. Your monthly income before taxes should be 3x the rent ($4,800 per month or $57,600 per year).
