Need help fixing car... Willing to work (Beaverton/Portland)

So my beautiful car as you can see was in a wreck due to my little sister taking my car without my knowing. Nevertheless I have been left to deal with the consequences. I have a 2009 es 330 lexus. Initially it didn't have not one light on. It have only 165,000 miles on it. I saved up and bought the car I wanted giving the seller exactly what they asked for. I'm not sure that I want to sell it but I do want to get it fixed. I have been extremely stressed and super bummed out about it even though it is only cosmetic. I just got the vehicle 2 months ago. I was saving to get the insurance and my sister just had to take it to try & show off to her friends. I'm an extremely hard worker and willing to do almost anything to get her fixed. I was told it could run me anywhere between 2-3k. If there is anyone out there with the time and means to help please do give me a call & let's see if we can work something out!
