2002 Sprinter 5th Wheel Model: 252FWRLS Single Slide out Queen bed forward Mid dining and Kitchen Back “front room” sitting area Model length 25ft, length overall about 30ft. Residential refrigerator works great. Stove works I believe that the heater works but I would use an electric heater. Hot water should work as this was being lived in prior to me buying it. Unit has no A/C Unit does not have washer/dryer. We bought the trailer to use on vacation property in Sekui, but health has dictated otherwise. Slide out roof recently resealed New sub floor and flooring (LVP) installed (2-extra boxes available) Full cover. 4-brand new Les Schwab tires (2 miles on them).
