The right candidate will be able to perform the following job duties: To inspect fabricated or machined component parts to engineering specifications meeting both quality and design requirements. To inspect all incoming materials and fabricated components to engineering specifications assuring all products meet quality performance and appearance standards. To assist with the control of nonconforming products by applying Hold Action Tags (HAT's), maintaining documentation logs, and facilitating timely settlement on HAT issues and participate in Material Review Board meetings. Perform Inspection on incoming materials Perform First Article Inspections Perform Quality Inspections on manufactured items Manage calibration program and perform calibrations Train Employees on proper use of inspection tools Manage Nonconforming Items Process and disposition nonconforming items Requirements High School diploma required. Technical training and or work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but we'll train the right candidates too. Experience with blue print reading and inspecting parts in a manufacturing enviournment a plus. Work hours: M-TH 6 am to 4:30 pm with possible overtime on Fridays.
