Come join a team where your work truly matters.   🔩 What You’ll Do Operate coil winding machines with accuracy and care. Follow blueprints, specifications, and detailed instructions to produce precise coils. Load materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Wind wire around cores/forms to exact specifications. Use hand tools to cut, strip, and shape wire. Assemble components and perform quality checks. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a continuous improvement mindset. Requirements 🧠 What You Bring High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read job instructions and perform basic math. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Comfortable using manual and powered hand tools. Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments. Hoist/crane experience and forklift certification are a plus. Safety-first attitude and strong attention to detail. Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical exam.   🛠️ Working Conditions & Requirements Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted. Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors. Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed. PPE: Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear. Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment). Stamina: Stand for long shifts. Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
