What You'll Be Doing as a Supply Chain Manager: As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our operations, keeping materials moving and costs aligned. Your responsibilities will include: Procurement & Vendor Programs: Negotiate pricing, terms, and freight; manage rebate programs; enforce vendor scorecards and pricing accuracy. Inventory & Warehouse Leadership: Oversee central warehouse operations, serialized tracking, cycle counts, and replenishment cadence; define truck-stock standards by trade. Stockout Prevention: Eliminate causes of lost billable hours by staging/kitting jobs, coordinating equipment readiness, and ensuring permits are on hand. Job Costing Accuracy: Ensure all materials and equipment are properly coded to jobs, reconcile invoices, and reduce material cost variance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with field leadership, service/install teams, and finance to forecast, track rebates, and provide clear dashboards. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. The Production Analyst (Entry-Level) supports the Plant Manager by monitoring production processes and driving data-informed efficiency improvements. This role involves establishing and adjusting key performance metrics, identifying performance trends, and collaborating with Production Supervisors to recommend improvements. The analyst will pull data from LN and Qlik, requiring strong Excel skills including pivot tables and V-lookups. Ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals. Instrument Engineer Location: Sugar Land, TX (primary) with occasional project support in Lake Charles, LA Position Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Compensation: $170,000 – $180,000 (DOE) Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Instrument Engineer to join our client’s team in Sugar Land, TX, with critical support responsibilities for major oil & gas refinery and midstream projects in Lake Charles, LA. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on specifying and selecting field instrumentation for complex process facilities. This position is not control system programming (DeltaV, Rockwell, etc.), but instead requires deep technical expertise in field devices, valves, transmitters, and Rosemount instrumentation. The engineer will play a pivotal role in upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze process data provided by engineering firms. Translate process information into ISA specification sheets for instrumentation devices. Specify, evaluate, and select the correct instrumentation (valves, transmitters, field devices—especially Rosemount) for each application. Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Collaborate closely with project engineering teams to support critical project deliverables. Provide hands-on technical expertise during design, specification, and selection phases. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline). 7+ years of experience in instrumentation engineering for oil & gas refinery or midstream process facilities. Strong knowledge of ISA standards and specifications. Proven ability to interpret process data and translate it into detailed device specifications. Extensive experience with Rosemount instrumentation preferred. Background with large EPC firms or major process industry projects strongly preferred. Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with excellent technical problem-solving skills. Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Sugar Land, TX, with occasional travel to Lake Charles, LA.
