Responsibilities Supervise and support customer service associates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop and implement customer service initiatives and training programs. Maintain a positive and supportive environment that encourages employee engagement and development. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service role, with supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve customer service goals. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
