Must be used to working long hours and making great money. Our top Sales people close 40 jobs a day, and earn $240,000 / yr and to achieve that they are getting 80-100 daily service requests a day and are maintaining a minimum closing ratio of 40% We are using software that allows you text multiple customers at the same time while talking to other customers over the phone, allowing high volume closing possible. Right now we are looking for only 1 person that is willing to put in 10-12 hour days until they master the sales techniques. We are a new company and we want you to hit the sales goals. We will be working closely with you, helping you improve until you reach the goal as we are still developing the sales structure. \ We want Superstars only, proven top performers. Must posses the following qualities: -Confident -High performer / provable track record -Self accountable -Dedicated -High Tencaity -High Integrity You will be getting customer leads the second they request our services.
