Technology in attic since 1975 (Medina)

Found 20 minutes North of Portland Oregon. A church in the small town of La Center, WA hosts a city wide garage sale once a year and I lived just across the street. At the end of the sale every year is a pile of unsold items and it was clear why one small container hadn't sold because it smelled of rat urine on the outside. On the inside technology with hand written dates of 1975. The maker is still unknown but this stuff clearly belongs in a museum.
