If China wasn't concerned then they would have pulled out of the Paris Climate Accord like the US did. Trump hates solar and wind power because he LOVES the filthy rich oil companies who have supported him since he got into politics. I remember Ronald Reagan hated solar and wind power as well because so many of the Republicans are sponsored by the oil companies.
