My uncle's new puppy ran off up the road from Gar Woods earlier this evening (7/7, 5000 N Lake Blvd, Carnelian Bay, CA 96140). Someone reported seeing a family load the puppy into a car down by the beach and drive off. She is a 7 pound jack russell terrier puppy, all black with floppy ears. Offering $500 to anyone who finds her.
