Lost Dog Sighting? (Grapeview)

As of 9:30 am July 18th: I just saw this large yellow lab type of dog that seemed lost and stressed. I saw it at Latimer’s landing and it paused to look at me but wouldn’t come when called or whistled at and I didn’t want to chase it further away. It was walking up E Harstine Bridge Rd -> E Pickering Rd towards Pickering Marine. It had a thick camo green/tan collar that looked like it might be a GPS tracking collar so maybe it isn’t lost but it seemed frightened and was walking on and off a busy road running back and forth across the road, into the bushes and then back into the road. Don’t wanna see the poor guy ran over. I lost sight of it near Pickering Marine. I talked to someone in the Latimer’s Landing parking lot and he had seen the same dog running around here last night.
