I'm going through a breakup and my living situation is no longer stable. This is Coraline a 2 1/2 years old female short hair cat. She's a really good girl and a damn fighter. She was born with feline leukemia and she was estimated to live no longer than 6 months to a year. That was 2 years ago and she's still going strong. She does have anemia that comes and goes from time to time and she has kidney damage (vets didn't know what from). She's on hills science diet KD kidney function . Besides that she's a really healthy and sweet girl. She has lived with other cats before and she's not a fan. She would do better as an only cat but she does coexist with other felines. Not a fan of dogs. She's very shy for strangers but once she's warmed up she's talkative AND BOSSY!! She's a cuddler and loves to share space with her people. She loves music and sun bathing. She's a low energy cat but does love if you get down on the floor with her and wave a wand toy for her. She mostly likes to watch. She likes to watch birds on the TV. She's afraid of the vet (for good reason. She goes often :( ) I really need someone who's willing to take her on. She is not a starter cat for someone inexperienced in cat ownership. I would definitely recommend having feline leukemia experience but it's not a requirement to adopt her, but you have to understand that it is an expensive condition to manage and she will die young. She is immunocompromised and will need routine vet visits to ensure her longevity and quality of life. Overall she's a lovely cat to have in the home. I'm devastated that I'm not in a position to keep her anymore. Please call, text, or email for anymore questions or interest. Text preferred. Willing to travel within reason to assure a good home for her. Will travel a few hours away to ensure it.
