Head) for 35-40 hours per week at an Everett based busy commercial property management and family trust real estate administration firm. Duties to include over-see commercial property accounting, cash flow, audits, budgets, analyses and financial information. You’ll ensure accuracy and efficiency in well-established procedures, real estate transactions and frequent one-off projects to protect the overall financial integrity of the company and trust. You’ll provide an example while leading and managing the success of a four-person seasoned accounting department, giving direction and outlining duties to staff for their part of accounting projects to complete. We bring sports, fitness and fun to area preschools, daycares, municipal programs, and private schools. With over 70 different sports and fitness activities, we're looking for people who want to make a difference in the lives of kids. We're not looking to hone the next D1 athlete, we're looking to help kids enjoy sports and fitness by getting an introduction to both mainline sports (basketball, soccer, flag football...) as well as other creative activities that involvement movement. While this is NOT a full time position, it is full time fun! We give you lesson plans, all the equipment, and training to deliver a great experience for our little friends. And we will work around your schedule. Most of our programs run somewhere between 9am and 3pm, but we do have some after school and weekend clients as well. Our most pressing need at this time is for daytime hours working generally in the midtown Indy area (think Meridian Hills over to Binford Blvd. Hours / days will vary but the schedule will be consistent over the course of the winter into spring. Through a series of structured projects, students will address both functional and sculptural approaches to form, examining how utility, aesthetics, and personal expression intersect in ceramic design. ART 312 3D DESIGN examines design as a deliberate process starting with identifying formal elements of three-dimensional design (space, perspective, form, scale, volume, mass, texture, and light) and how to effectively utilize design principles to organize them. Material exploration will include wire, clay, cardboard, wood, and found materials.
