Senior Scheduling Manager (Kailua)
Position Duties: Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for new construction and renovation work on multi-million dollar construction projects, using specialized construction industry scheduling software. Liaise with engineering and construction personnel to understand and to communicate issues and conflicts that impact the construction schedule. Provide specialized scheduling services such as what-if scenarios, evaluating time impact analysis, and supporting contracting and change management teams. We are currently hiring a Mechanical Engineer in our Building Engineering Division at our Syracuse, NY office. The Building Engineering Division at LaBella provides complete building engineering services including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering. Services range from feasibility studies and analysis through project design and construction. Our engineers are well versed in new construction, renovations, additions, analysis, special structures, and design/build projects for a variety of clients. The Mechanical Engineer will work with engineers as part of a project team to provide HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs, studies and technical support as required to fulfill project requirements. Typical projects will involve field work, design, and construction administration services. A successful candidate will be able to work well in a team to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications and reports for Building and Renovation projects.
