Architects Northwest, Inc in Woodinville needs an energetic, competent, and experienced CAD drafter.
Can you draw a builder spec house from scratch with minimum supervision and light check sets? Can you draft client revisions to a stock plan, reverse a plan, add a 3rd car bay, draft an alternate elevation from a designer's rough sketch? Can you do structural engineering installs from markups, WSEC compliance forms, and update a 2009 IRC plan to 2021 IRC? Can you draft site plans? You're what we need!
