We are seeking a technically skilled AV/IT Sales Support Engineer to provide expert support across a broad territory in the Midwest. This role combines technical know-how with customer-facing responsibilities, enabling sales teams, resellers, and system integrators to successfully implement and deploy AV/IT solutions. The job does not require a significant amount of experience however preferable candidates will have a basic knowledge of how to work consumer electronics one might find in the home. The position will require identifying an item's functionality, denoting if there's a deficiency in this regard, determining if the item is missing accompanying accessories, and prospectively performing some light repairs (training will be provided).
