Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $90K-$125K (depending on experience) Work Location: This is a remote position. **On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD for candidates that are local to the area. Candidates out of state will be onboarded virtually. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however for local candidates, training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received. Essential Functions: Performs the installation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration of software applications with specific focus on Windows systems, including: Microsoft Office products Java JRE Raytheon EAGLE Troubleshoot and resolve software issues. Provides support through a ticketing system to application owners, developers, and internal/external teams. Other duties as assigned or required. Requirements Required: Application installation/configuration/administration experience on Windows-based systems required, experience with large-scale/complex app configuration a plus. Experience troubleshooting software issues required. Knowledge of DISA STIGS and how to implement required. CompTIA Security+ certification required (must show proof of cert prior to interview). BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience. Security Clearance: Active/Interim TS/SSBI clearance desired or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc. Education/Experience:  BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
