As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solar energy systems across multiple locations within our service region. Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in solar installation or a related field preferred but not required; on-the-job training is available. 80% travel is included with this job. Familiarity with PV systems, wiring, and electrical codes. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights. Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments. Strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between job sites. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
