Seeking Experienced Foreman & Polish / Coatings Technicians (Vancouver & Portland)

Maintenance person needed for Trailerancho mobile home park in Santa Maria. Must be detail oriented, self starter, knowledge of landscaping, electric, cleaning and general maintenance. The position will start in December and will be from 6 to 12 Monday through Friday.

We are currently seeking a car washer/ auto detailer to become an integral part of our team! You will be on your feet all day in a fast pace, outdoor setting cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicles. You will also perform regular maintenance: non-mechanical services such as check tire pressure and fluid levels, in an orderly and safe manner. You will also identify and document vehicle conditions. Essential duties and responsibilities will vary. Responsibilities: Clean interior and exterior of vehicle Operate various equipment to clean interior of vehicle to assigned standards Keep accurate record keeping off all work performed Work independently and within a team environment Continuously meet processing and standardization minimums Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience as an car washer/ auto detailer or other related fields preferred Experience NOT required (Will train) Knowledge of various cleaning equipment Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to stand, walk, and bend while working outdoors in all types of weather conditions Professionalism, Accountability, and Ownership Must be able to pass following insurance requirements: Must be at least 18 years old • Must have 1 (one) year of experience handling similar job responsibilities • Must have prior driving experience in various vehicles (trucks, vans, cars) • Must have a current and valid driver's license with no moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years • Must be authorized to work in the United States. • Must have reliable means of transportation ODORZX is a rapidly growing company in Irving, TX, with unlimited growth opportunities. POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the operations leadership, Service Technicians will be held to a high standard of service. ICEE has a commitment to success: to our customers, partners, and team members. Service Technicians are required to service all ICEE and restaurant equipment including Frozen Carbonated and Non-Carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, juice dispensers, etc. Service Technicians will work with minimal supervision and are required to attend weekly meetings held in their Service Center. Team members in this role are provided with a vehicle, uniforms, tools, cell phone, tablet, and gas card. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Receives dispatched service calls as assigned and ensures a prompt response based on estimated time of arrival (ETA). • Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots or diagnoses service problems, and completes repairs as needed. Checks quality of all products i.e.: checking syrup levels, changing out flavors, cleaning around machines, etc. • Maintains inventory and maintenance on equipment such as: parts, tools, and the company vehicle. • Reviews service orders and service performed with the respective supervisor. Keeps his/her supervisor informed of customer concerns, needs, and up-selling opportunities. • Documents all work performed and closes out all activities upon completion. • Clearly communicates with both customers and co-workers. • Performs assigned general warehouse duties including but not limited to cleaning, organizing, rotating product, shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, and product. • Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor. COMPETENCIES To perform this job successfully, the Service Technician must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. • Must be able to successfully maintain customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations, and service. • Strong mechanical aptitude. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. • Great oral and written communication skills. Must be comfortable performing basic mathematical functions as well. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Strong mechanical background. • Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred. • Must possess and maintain a valid Real-ID Driver’s License. • Ability to lift 75 lbs. or more on a regular basis. Occasional lifting in excess of 75 lbs. required. • Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time. • Must have and wear steel-toed shoes. Pay from: $24/hour Pay is commensurate with experience, education, skills, training, and certifications. ICEE ACADEMY: The ICEE Academy Training program provides essential technical training in equipment, service, and repair, typically held at the ICEE Academy in La Vergne, TN, or other designated locations. Training generally lasts two weeks, with possible weekend sessions. Attendance and eligibility are determined based on role, performance metrics, and certifications. Successful completion is required for continued employment, and failure to meet training standards may result in reassignment or termination. Regular hourly wages and applicable overtime are paid during training. You are responsible to have a valid Real-ID for travel purposes.
