The primary work will be on residential driveways, pools and patios. English or Spanish speakers welcome. We are looking for an individual with skills in any or all of the following areas: - Concrete Forms and Finishing - Concrete Surface Preparation: Grinding, pressure washing, and crack repair. - Resurfacing: Applying concrete overlays - Concrete Staining: Applying solvent, or water-based stains. - Knockdown Texture: Applying and finishing knockdown textures on concrete and pool decks. - Sealing: Applying sealants to finished concrete surfaces. Ability to maintain professional appearance of company vehicle(s) and personal attire Must have valid Driver's License, in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal apprenticeship program or vocational training in electrical systems preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an electrician, preferably with a focus on residential and small commercial projects. Strong knowledge of electrical principles, wiring methods, and electrical codes and regulations. Experience with hand and power tools commonly used in electrical work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Physical ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
