Good communication, attention to details, good interpersonal interactions with homeowners a must. • Utilize specialized equipment to clean dryer vents and components, including dismantling of the clothes dryers. • Remove lint, debris, and potential blockages to enhance safety and performance. • Ensure proper resealing and repair of access points post-cleaning. • Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and assignments. • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries professionally. • Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used. Requirements: • Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment as required. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including every other Saturday. • Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines. • Enjoy driving from job to job • MUST be Good on ladders • Mechanical and light construction skills a must, use of tools, sheetrock repairs helpful. This is a hybrid position of sorts as the perspective employee would manage basic service calls on commercial only projects, but also complete control prewires of new construction projects, installation of cooper refrigerant line sets and installation of system components such as economizers, power exhaust, etc. This employee will also perform equipment start up; testing & commissioning as required. Minimum 5 years’ experience in COMMERCIAL HVAC systems with package units, splits systems, duct less splits & VRF-VRV systems.
