Who We’re Looking For: - Professional Painters: Detail-oriented and reliable with a proven history of excellent work. - Crew Leaders: Skilled leaders who can manage teams and deliver projects with precision. - Sales Executives: Ambitious professionals with a knack for client relationships and closing deals. - Purpose-Driven Individuals: We want team members who are motivated by more than just a paycheck. Pay Rates: - Crew Leaders: $30-$35/hr (Competitive pay + Performance bonuses for exceeding client expectations) - Journeyman Painters: $27-$30/hr (Enjoy a solid pay rate with growth potential and a team-oriented environment) - Skilled Painters: $25-$27/hr (With room to advance based on performance) - Sales/Estimator: Commission based pay (Great earning potential based on sales performance) Prove Your Skills: Your first two weeks are a paid observation period to show us what you’ve got. This ensures your skills, role, and pay align with our standards. Responsibilities - Lead a team of painters in executing residential and commercial painting projects. - Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. - Utilize hand tools and equipment for construction painting tasks. - Conduct color theory assessments to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes. - Manage construction site activities, including blueprint reading and renovation tasks. - Provide training and mentorship to team members while fostering a collaborative work environment. - Engage in sales activities to promote services and secure new projects. Requirements: - Proven experience in residential and commercial painting, including knowledge of advanced techniques. - Strong leadership and team-building skills for crew leaders; ability to train junior staff. - Drug-free and committed to safety protocols. - Driven and ambitious individuals seeking career growth—we’ll train and promote from within.
