Key Responsibilities: - Perform both scheduled and emergency maintenance on plumbing systems (e.g., water lines, drains, toilets, fixtures). - Troubleshoot, repair, and replace basic electrical components (e.g., outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers). - Carry out general handyman duties such as drywall repair, painting, minor carpentry, and furniture assembly. - Diagnose and resolve building system issues independently and efficiently. - Interpret and follow blueprints, technical manuals, and work orders. - Ensure all work performed meets current safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. - Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used. - Respond to service calls promptly, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
