Support insurance estimates (Xactimate experience is a plus). Interpret scopes of work, drawings, and takeoffs with technical precision. Maintain strict estimate records in CRM (Acculynx). Communicate with clients on scope, pricing, and next steps — directly and confidently. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and safety protocols. Minimum 3 years in residential roofing (estimating, inspection, or operations). Strong knowledge of roofing systems and materials. Experience with estimating tools (Xactimate & Acculynx).
