Job Description DMG is seeking Carpenters / Cabinet Makers for fabricating custom cabinets, bar tops, and other misc millwork. The ideal candidate will have experience building custom, stain grade cabinetry. DMG also has a full finishing shop, where we apply paints, stains, and other finishes. Responsibilities • Use of power tools, saws, routers, etc. to fabricate parts for assembly into finished product • Reading of drawings and blueprints to identify needs of the finished item and ensure customer satisfaction • Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are maintained • Adherence to safety standards • Communicating with shop personnel to maintain coordination between jobs and priorities Desired Qualifications • Strength and ability to lift items over 50 pounds • Strong worth ethic with a good attitude and team spirit • A self-starter who is hardworking and willing to focus on what it takes to get the job done We offer a competitive pay based on experience and results

We are a retrofit weatherization company, working mainly on residential and occasionally commercial buildings. All employees must report to work at our shop location in Loudon NH, materials and supplies will need to be loaded on the trailers for that day’s work prior to leaving for the job. Your daily tasks would be to prep and sand cabinet frames, sand doors, tape off cabinets and get them ready to go into the spray booth. This job is a 40-hour position, 5 days a week. No weekends.
