Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Run all digital imaging devices effectively, including: • Programming the machine to effectively run the jobs presented • Load, unload, and clear jams on the machine to keep it operating • Place service calls when required, and accurately inform the technicians of any issues • Monitor job schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines • Accurately read and follow the specifications of a job ticket • Correctly setup and run equipment to complete jobs from start to finish • Perform maintenance on equipment and place service calls when needed • Perform quality control procedures • Manage daily job ticket entry • Effectively and professionally communicate with personnel from other departments • Multi-task and deal effectively with competing priorities • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Manage inventory of paper and consumables • Promote the Baesman Values: Can-do Attitude, We Before Me, Go the Extra Mile, Embrace Growth and Change, and Do the Right Thing. • Other duties as assigned Requirements • High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 3-5 years full-time experience in digital print (toner, inkjet, wide format inkjet) • Mechanically inclined/technical aptitude • Proficient in operating various digital equipment • Basic literacy and problem-solving skills • Positive attitude and proactive approach • Attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities • Accurately see/determine color quality and accuracy • Ability to stand for long periods and regularly move/lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities & Duties Inspect roofing and related building envelope systems during all phases of construction, repair, and maintenance at NASA facilities. Monitor contractor work for compliance with codes, safety regulations, and project schedules. Conduct field inspections and document findings with detailed reports, including photographs and recommendations. Verify installation methods, material quality, and workmanship meet contractual and industry standards (NRCA, ASTM, OSHA, and NASA technical requirements). Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and safety personnel to resolve technical issues. Provide input on corrective actions for deficiencies or non-compliant work. Maintain accurate daily inspection logs and submit progress updates. Support quality assurance/quality control efforts and assist in project closeout inspections.
