Requirements Role Impact As a Founding Engineer, you’ll be a cornerstone of our technical vision and execution. You will work directly with our CTO and co-founders to design, build, and scale our AI agent platform. You’ll make critical architectural decisions, own our full stack, and lay the foundation for a future high-performing engineering team. What You’ll Own Lead full-stack development of the AI agent platform from architecture to production. Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of executing complex business workflows. Make high-impact technical decisions that influence the product roadmap and platform scalability. Establish and maintain engineering best practices as the team grows. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform stability and reliability. Continuously optimize workflows, agent performance, and platform efficiency. What We’re Looking For Required: Strong experience with TypeScript and Python, with a track record of shipping production features. Hands-on experience building agentic workflows or ReAct-style AI agents. Ability to thrive in a startup environment, moving fast while maintaining code quality. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar). Experience with event-driven architectures and workflow orchestration. Preferred: Passion for AI and keen interest in emerging AI technologies. Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups. Expertise in evaluating, optimizing, and maintaining AI workflows.
