Now Hiring: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Location: Dewey-Humboldt, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic Travel Required: None Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our community-focused outpatient family medicine clinic in Dewey-Humboldt, AZ. With no nights, weekends, or on-call duties, this role allows you to focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform annual wellness exams, preventive screenings, and Medicare visits Diagnose and manage acute conditions and minor injuries Provide chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, etc.) Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices Maintain accurate EHR documentation with synchronous scribe support Coordinate referrals and manage transitions of care Participate in clinical quality initiatives and practice improvement efforts Qualifications Active and unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license Current DEA registration or ability to obtain Credentialing eligibility with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers No history of malpractice or disciplinary action Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program (Note: Puerto Rico-based programs are not accepted) Who Thrives Here A team-oriented, adaptable, and compassionate clinician who enjoys proactive primary care and building meaningful patient relationships in a community setting.
