One Royal Culture Short Story We have a current opening for an Electrical Superintendent for work throughout the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities: The Superintendent will work in coordination with the GC/Sub(s)/Customer(s) in management of the project, project schedule and employees on the project. The Superintendent will act in a leadership capacity in maintaining productivity, safety, QC, scheduling, and a multitude of other factors that lend to successful project completion. This position is Prevailing Wage/Davis Bacon Eligible depending on project assignment. Through responsibilities in writing, research, and administration, the Institutional Giving Coordinator helps the department secure $1.5 million in annual gifts and grants and build and sustain relationships with 40+ institutional donors. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, reporting to the Director of Institutional Giving and Operations.
