Join our team as an Assistant Supervisor, supporting adults with developmental disabilities at our Lakewood Adult Training Center and community-based sites. In this role, you’ll assist in daily operations, provide direct vocational and life skills training, and offer individualized support to help participants achieve greater independence and community integration. You’ll supervise staff, ensure compliance with treatment plans, oversee documentation, and help implement employment-focused programs. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with participants, families, community partners, and funding agencies. Position Summary: The Environmental, Health & Safety Manager is responsible for the implementation, communication and coordination of all Safety and Environmental programs for all Willett Distillery locations. The primary focus of this role is to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The EHS Manager reports directly to the President and Chief Whiskey Officer and closely collaborates with site supervisors.   Primary Responsibilities  Develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all safety and Environmental decisions. Develop, supervise, and coordinate site specific worker safety training programs, media and standard operating procedures Oversee workers compensation claims management and return to work programs for assigned facilities.   Continually maintains an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge of EHS regulations and updates.  Serve as the company safety and environmental expert when called upon to address regulatory agency compliance issues, third party safety & liability consultants and subcontractor representatives. Manage and record regular required inspections such as: forklift, power jack, eye wash station, fire extinguishers and elevator inspections.  Encourage team members to share concerns or ideas to improve efficiency or employee safety. Listen to ideas, provide feedback and implement when appropriate.   Lead or assist in investigation of all safety and environmental incidents - (general liability or worker's compensation recordable incidents, Near Miss and First Aid, and Security incidents) and ensure proper records are completed and submitted.
