Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough vascular ultrasound assessments on patients, specifically targeting the lower extremities, while ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the process. Position Details: Location: Flexible to work in our Vienna, Sterling, Chantilly, Fairfax, Arlington, and DC clinics. Schedule: Full-time, hours vary between 7:00am-6:30pm Mon-Fri and some Saturdays Compensation: $38-$47hr based on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct vascular ultrasound examinations to create detailed reports for physicians to help formulate safe and effective treatment plans. Work collaboratively with physicians to explain the examination results and proposed treatment options to patients. Prepare and maintain examination rooms, including the setup and cleanup of equipment and supplies before and after each patient. Ensure adherence to timelines for ultrasound exams to maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the clinic. Coordinate with administrative and medical staff to guarantee the availability and timely delivery of ultrasound services. Commit to continuous professional development and education to meet the standards set by the organization. Participate in maintaining ultrasound equipment and monitoring inventory for supplies. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising physician or clinic management Requirements Completion of an accredited ultrasound program. Vascular registry (RVT, RVS, RPhS) certification required within 90 days of hire. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities: • Participates in the intake screening process in potential participants residences, conducts a bio-psychosocial assessment. • Conducts timely initial, annual, and semiannual psychosocial assessments in client's residences in order to develop participants plan of care to include assessment tools of PHQ-9, MOCA, and CDR. • Actively participates in required meetings to include but not limited to Morning/Weekly Team, Plan of Care, and Family Meetings. • Responsible for attending monthly service plan meetings for participants in assisted living and nursing home facilities. • Provides individual and family supportive counseling at ESP and client's residences and conducts participant and caregiver support groups. • Manages clients during psychiatric hospitalizations. • Assists/advocates for interdisciplinary team, clients and families with community resources. • Works with financial staff to assist with bi-annual financial redeterminations. • Must be able to travel between Harbor sites and participant's residences as needed in a timely manner. Requirements: • MSW from an accredited school of social work, LCSW or LICSW required, current BLS Certification required • 1 year of experience working with the frail elder population (paid or volunteer experience). • 2 years of professional experience of which 1 year was in providing direct behavioral health therapy to an adult population. • Basic skills for Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and Outlook. • 2 or more years of geriatric experience preferred. • Experience with dementia care, substance abuse and end of life care preferred. • Critical thinking skills to problem solve individually and in a team setting • Bilingual a plus; English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole. The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for obtaining high quality images as requested from medical professionals for use in the development of patient treatment plans, in a manner that places emphasis on quality patient care. You can expect to regularly: Operate radiologic equipment to produce radiographic images of patients’ specific body parts as requested by medical professionals, including using C-arm and fluoroscopy imaging; Adjust equipment and determine proper voltage, current, desired exposure time and distance for optimal images; Screen patients for radiologic imaging safety, explain the process and address patient concerns prior to performing scanning; Position patients for images using immobilization and protective equipment, including immobilizing patient, removing braces, splints or bandages and positioning lead shields, to comply with government regulations and ensure patient and staff safety; Evaluate images for technical quality; Document imaging performed, appropriate charges and other necessary information in patients’ electronic medical records and Patient Archive Communication System (PACS); Maintain quality control measures in accordance with American College of Radiology guidelines; Follow quality assurance guidelines including positioning, markers, demographics, and coning to ensure optimal images before releasing image to physician; Prepare radiology department daily including cleaning, stocking, and sanitizing work areas and equipment; Provide customer service and patient care, maintain confidentiality, and abide by HIPAA requirements; Remain calm in high-stress environments; Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to minimize impacts to clinic staffing schedules. Requirements Certifications/Education High School Diploma or GED; Radiologic Technologist Certification through American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT); Current Nevada State Radiologic Technologist license; Knowledge of: Radiology safety procedures and protocols; HIPAA and OSHA regulations/procedures; Experience: Using computer systems and applications; Communicating effectively with patients, physicians, and other medical staff.
