Lost black cat (Lakewood)

My black cat with very small scar on the back of his ear and around his mouth went missing two weeks ago on 9/6 He had an orange break away collar on when he left the house. He is roughly 7pounds and 7 years old. Please help me find my baby. He was last seen near 87th st Sw and Custer area.
