Found dog tags necklace (Vancouver)

Hey everyone, my kids and I were down at the Columbia river near Whosong and Larry’s restaurant and my daughter found a necklace that has 2 tags on it. One of them says “to my son, never forget that I love you LOVE MOM.” This has been shortened to avoid wrong person claiming it. As I feel that these are important to the true owner. The other tag has other inscriptions on it and to claim it I will need confirmation about what’s on the other tag. I really hope to get these back to the rightful owner.
