Beacon Hill's client, a top Am Law firm, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to help manage a surge in workload for the Docketing team. Position: Data Entry Specialist Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in the San Francisco, Los Angeles or Irvine, CA areas Start: ASAP Estimated Duration: 4 months, with the potential to extend Hours: 5-6 hours per day; 25-30 hours per week (must be able to work within the Eastern Time Zone) Pay: $20-27/hour, depending on experience Ideal Candidate: Data Entry Specialist is sought to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in systems and databases. Key requirements include strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage data with accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities involve various data entry tasks such as sorting, proofing, updating, and storing data, as well as compiling, verifying, and correcting it. The role also includes reviewing data for completeness and accuracy, maintaining records, updating databases, processing data inquiries, and managing source documents. Additional duties may include fulfilling administrative email requests, entering data into databases, and ensuring confidentiality.
