This will be a very valuable and important addition to the legal team where the day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to: -Act as first point of contact, greet in-person visitors and serve as gatekeeper to the General Counsel -Coordinate and manage calendars and quickly communicate changes or reminders as needed -Coordinate all business-related domestic and international travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries -Generate reports, presentations and other materials, including highly complex and confidential materials -Draft, proofread, and conduct fact and citation checking of documents and correspondence, as well as conduct research -Develop and maintain excellent relationships with staff and leadership at the highest levels -Manage day-to-day operations of the GC suite This is a terrific opportunity for a critical thinker who is detail-oriented, proactive, quick and efficient in managing meetings and appointments and must prioritize competing demands. The successful individual will have several years of proven experience supporting high-level executives, have advanced level technical skills including a document management system, experience dealing with sensitive, highly confidential matters, that require the utmost degree of confidentiality and an ability to work well under pressure.
