You must live locally and be able to work in the metro area and surrounding communities and have both a valid MN driver's license and MN Journeyman or Master license. Job Description: *Residential - New and Remodel. *Storm Damage *Light Commercial. *Troubleshoot, repair, maintain electrical systems. *Establish excellent working relationships with customers. *Plan and execute electrical installations. *Perform service calls. Experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech sought for 100 apartment homes at 7 apartment buildings and boilers in Glencoe MN. Skills to include boilers, plumbing, appliances, electrical, carpentry, drywall, grounds, snow, lock re-keying, and so on. Must own your own tools.
