We are a small manufacturer of leather accessories. Our business is growing and we are looking for more stitching help. If you have experience using an industrial single needle sewing machine on fabric, vinyl and leather, please contact us. We are located in downtown Haverhill and offer free parking and a clean, air conditioned workplace. We are a bilingual English/Spanish workplace, but this position requires English reading and speaking. About This Role Our Laborers work primarily on our jobsites to fill gaps between subcontractor trades and keep our projects moving safely, on-time and on-budget. Hours are usually 7am-4pm (M-F), 40-hours per week. Overtime is available, and some weekend work may be required. On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include: • Observe all safety requirements on job sites, and actively seek to correct or report safety hazards or infractions • Operate a variety of tools safely, including but not limited to: skill saw, drill, nail gun • Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading or unloading construction materials • Assisting in the building or construction of various objects • Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment • Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by the Project Manager • Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the Project Manager • Maintain a clean job site • Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Need to Succeed: • 1-2 years hands-on experience in residential construction. Carpentry experience strongly preferred • Comfortable working with hand and power tools • Experience working with and interpreting blueprints • Strong work ethic, reliability and dependability • Ability to work with a team or independently • Basic but effective communication skills required Physical Requirements: • Frequent physical work including lifting, digging, bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing ladders, and using hand and power tools • Lifting up to 100lb on occasion • Standing and/or walking for extended periods of time • Ability to work outdoors in cold and hot weather Travel & Vehicle Requirements: • Regular travel between job sites within a 5-mile radius of Bellevue and Kirkland • Valid WA State driver’s license, an acceptable driving record and proof of vehicle insurance are required Employee Benefits • 100% covered employee premiums for medical and dental self-coverage • 100% employer-paid life insurance • Long Term Disability Insurance • 401(K) with generous company match, no vesting schedule, and access to professional financial advisors • 15 days of PTO & 9 Holidays • Free onsite parking • New iPhone for your personal and business use • Complimentary snacks & beverages Hours & Compensation This is a full-time position paying $20.82-$29.15 per hour. Marine Travel Lift Operator - Experience Required CSR Marine is proud to support the Western Washington boating community with our expert service for both sailing and power boats. As we move toward the end of summer weather and into fall we are looking to add a Marine Travel Lift Operator to our growing team. This role involves the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment—including travel lifts, forklifts, and related machinery—to move, store, and launch boats within the boat yard. Your skills and attention to detail will play a key role in upholding our commitment to exceptional service and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: -Operate travel lifts, forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently to move boats and equipment. -Safely hauls, launches, and stores boats of various sizes, potentially including yachts up to 80 feet or 70 tons. -Load and unload materials from trucks or containers as needed. -Perform routine inspections and maintenance on travel lifts and other equipment. -Assist with inventory management by tracking boat locations within the facility. -Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. -May be required to assist with minor boat maintenance and repairs, as well as general yard upkeep. -Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
